What is the class schedule?
Our In-Person schedule is Tuesday – Friday from 9am-2pm (you can also attend the same times via live-stream).
Our evening class schedule is Monday & Wednesday 6pm-7:30pm.
Our online courses are self-paced, meaning you have 24/7 access and finish on your timeline.
What happens if I can't make a class or am absent?
We provide 24/7 video streaming with every course, meaning you can catch up on any lesson online at your own pace. You can attend via live-stream or attend the next time that lesson is held.
You can continue to attend as long as your access is available.
How fast can I get my license?
Our Day In-Person class takes 3 weeks.
The Evening Live-Streamed class takes 3 months.
Our online programs are self paced, we have had students finish in as little as 14 days (the average is about month).
What days are classes held?
With our self-paced online courses the classes are on demand. You just login and get started on your time. If you are looking for in-person classes our schedule can be found here, classes are Tuesday-Friday 9am-2pm for three weeks. Evening live stream classes are Monday & Wednesday 6pm-9pm.
What is a Real Estate License good for?
Your Colorado Real Estate License allows you to sell both residential and commercial real estate. It also allows you to be a residential or commercial property manager as well as HOA manager.
What happens if I fail a school exam?
All of our exams are designed to help you study and prepare for the state licensing exams. Simply retake any exam pass or fail as many times as you like.
What happens if I fail the state licensing exam?
If you can pass our courses you can pass the licensing exams! In the event you don’t pass on your first attempt you are welcome to continue studying with us.
How Hard is the Math?
We include a real estate math prep course, making the math in the licensing exam a breeze. If you are still having trouble with any real estate math we are here for you.
Do you offer in-person night class?
Yes, Denver Real Estate School offers hybrid programs where you can come to class in person, live stream, or fully online self paced for any portion of the class.
