Welcome to the 168 Hour Colorado Broker Licensing Course.
There are 7 sections that make up this course Law & Practice (48 Hours), Contracts & Regulations (48 Hours), Real Estate Closing (24 Hours), Record Keeping and Trust Accounts (8 Hours), Current Legal Issues (8 Hours), Practical Applications (32 Hours), and Real Estate Math & Calculations (8 Hours).
You are able to enter any section to start (we recommend referencing our calendar and staying on track with one of our live classroom options) once you have completed all sections you will unlock the finals once all finals are completed you will receive your digital certificate you can download and print.
In Person Path:
In Person class seating is limited, class is help Tuesday – Friday 9am – 2pm. You can also join us via Live-Stream. The day class will meet for 3 consecutive weeks.(Holidays can effect this schedule)
